What are your productions times for custom or personalized orders?
Production times for orders that are custom or personalized normally take two weeks to create/process before shipping. If the piece of jewelry you are ordering is a custom order it will state that in the listing of the item that you are ordering. Custom and personalized orders are created from start to finish at the time of the order and are not in stock.
***PRODUCTION TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DURING HIGH VOLUME ORDER TIMES, HOLIDAYS, WEATHER PERMITTING.
What shipping providers do you use and what are expected shipping times?

USPS Domestic Shipping Times Are As Follows
USPS Standard First Class mail: Please expect 3-7 business days for transit and delivery within the United States. (Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee from the United States Postal Service)
USPS Priority 2-3 day mail: Please expect 2-3 business days for transit and delivery within the US. (Please note this is an estimate and not a guarantee from the United States Postal Service)
USPS Express 1-2 day mail: Please expect 1-2 business days for transit and delivery within the US. (Please note this is an estimated time frame given by USPS and is guaranteed shipping)
What Are Your Transit Times For International Shipping?
For International orders with standard First Class International mail please expect a minimum of 2-6 weeks for transit and delivery via The United States Postal Service.
These times vary depending on customs in your country, high volume shipping times, holidays, weather etc.
I recommend going to any local jewelry store to have your finger measured. Its the most accurate and free too!
I also sell a ring sizer in my shop that you can purchase and have mailed to you to get an accurate size before you order.
No size guessing pleazzze :)
Please remember that sizing is tricky and rings cannot be resized once created. I also do not take exchanges, refunds, or returns on rings or custom and personalized jewelry orders. All rings in my store are custom/personalized orders **UNLESS Marked *READY TO SHIP*

Custom & Personalized Orders
Item descriptions will contain custom production time frames for orders.
Custom and Personalized orders are non refundable, cannot be exchanged or returned, and cannot be resized. Thanks for understanding!
Domestic Package Insurance
USPS Domestic First Class Shipping is NOT insured. To add insurance to your First Class order please contact me before placing your order so that I can adjust the cost of your order to include insurance
USPS Domestic Priority Shipping Does include 100.00 insurance. If you need more than 100.00 please contact me before placing your order so that I can adjust the cost of your order to include additional shipping.
USPS Domestic Express Mail Does include 100.00 insurance. If you need more than 100.00 please contact me before placing your order so that I can adjust the cost of your order to include additional shipping.
I cannot be held responsible for lost packages that have not been insured. It is the customers responsibility to choose insurance when checking out or choosing a shipping that included insurance. Domestic First Class Mail is not insured. Domestic Priority Shipping has included insurance up to $100.00. USPS Express Mail has included insurance up to $100.00
International Package Insurance
USPS International First Class Shipping is not insured.
You will need to contact me before ordering if you wish to add insurance to your package at an additional cost.
I cannot be held responsible for lost packages that have not been insured or that have been held up in customs or lost during transit.
International VAT TAX INFORMATION
Some additional duties and taxes may still apply to your purchase. For EU customers your county can impose a VAT Tax for incoming packages from the US. These are not shipping charges. They are import and duty fees that is the responsibility of you the buyer to pay upon receipt of their package from customs. Sellers are not responsible for these additional import fees or taxes.
