Care Instructions

Your rings are have been made with Argentium Sterling Silver .925 These rings are not plated and are made with pure metals.

As with other precious metals it is recommended to remove Argentium silver jewelry before entering chlorinated or salt-water swimming baths/jacuzzi's and before carrying out practices where Argentium silver could come into contact with chemicals such as applying hand cream or washing hair. If this is not done there is the possibility of the Argentium silver reacting with these chemicals.

Although rare, if you are someone who has a chemical reaction to sterling silver or copper you should not purchase these rings as they will react to your skins chemistry because they are pure (quality)metals, not plated or coated.

Returns & Refunds

Returns & Exchange Information

Returns and exchanges are accepted for items that are (NOT custom or personalized jewelry, or jewelry fabricated with your specific details or size request), within 10 days after date of purchase and must be in new, unused/unworn condition, and in the original packaging for the return to be processed.  If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us directly.

Sale items, custom and personalized orders, cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded once they have been made custom for you. This includes rings that have been created for you, in your custom ring size. This also includes personalized rings, necklaces, bracelets, or earrings that have been created for you in any custom way. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow time for the credit to be applied through the credit card company.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often processing times for refunds to be posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at lgrjewelry@gmail.com

Sale items

Sale Items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. All Sales are final. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange a non-customized piece of jewelry, first send us an email for instructions on how to make a return at lgrjewelry@gmail.com. We will contact you with instructions and information about returns.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial  shipping for your order will be deducted from your refund.

For returns please use a shipping service with tracking and purchase shipping insurance incase your package gets lost during the return process. Tracking will help insure that your package arrives at the proper destination. I cannot be held responsible for lost packages. USPS first class shipping is the most affordable and comes with free tracking but you will need to purchase insurance just to be safe.

All ready made items ship in 1-3 days of purchase. Custom orders, rings, and personalized jewelry take 14 days to create before they are ready to ship to allow time for the handmade process to take place.

USPS Standard First Class: Please expect 3-7 business days for transit and delivery within the United States. (Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee from the United States Postal Service)

USPS Priority 2-3 day: Please expect 2-3 business days for transit and delivery within the US. (Please note this is an estimate and not a guarantee from the United States Postal Service)

USPS Express 1-2 day: Please expect 1-2 business days for transit and delivery within the US. (Please note this is an estimate and not a guarantee from our shipper USPS)

International Shipping And Transit Times

For International orders with standard First Class International mail please expect a minimum of 2-6 weeks for transit and delivery via The United States Postal Service.

International VAT TAX INFORMATION

Some additional duties and taxes may still apply to your purchase. For EU customers your county can impose a VAT Tax for incoming packages from the US. These are not shipping charges. They are import and duty fees that is the responsibility of you the buyer to pay upon receipt of their package from customs. Sellers/we are not responsible for these additional import fees or taxes. 

These times vary depending on customs in your country, high volume shipping times, holidays, weather etc.

Are Production Times & Shipping Times The Same?

No. Production times are the time frame that it takes to create an order. Shipping time is the time that your package is being shipped through the USPS postal service on its way to you.

 Custom & Personalized Orders

Item descriptions will contain custom production time frames for orders. Custom and Personalized orders have production time needed to create the items before shipping that DO NOT include shipping times. Shipping Times differ from production times. Your shipping time frame for orders will depend on what you select for shipping during checkout. Shipping times do not include processing times for custom orders. You will have options for expedited shipping during checkout but please remember that choosing faster shipping times does not expedite custom order processing times.

Domestic Package Insurance

USPS Domestic First Class Shipping is NOT insured. To add insurance to your First Class order please contact me before placing your order so that I can adjust the cost of your order to include insurance

USPS Domestic Priority Shipping Does include 100.00 insurance. If you need more than 100.00 please contact me before placing your order so that I can adjust the cost of your order to include additional shipping.

USPS Domestic Express Mail Does include 100.00 insurance. If you need more than 100.00 please contact me before placing your order so that I can adjust the cost of your order to include additional shipping.

I cannot be held responsible for lost packages that have not been insured. It is the customers responsibility to choose insurance for your order if so desired as explained above.
